Longs, SC—The Hooters Pro Cup Series and Fatheadz Sunglasses have reached an agreement that will make Fatheadz the “Official Eyewear” of the Hooters Pro Cup Series staring in 2006.
As part of the sponsorship package, each Advance Auto Part Pole Award winner during the 2006 season will receive a pair of Fatheadz Sunglasses. In addition, Fatheadz Sunglasses will also become the “Official Pace Car Provider” for the Hooters Pro Cup Series.
“With the national exposure the Hooters Pro Cup Series gets, we feel like this is a great venture for our company,” said Rico Elmore, CEO of Fatheadz, Inc. “We’ve watched how quickly the series has grown over the last few years, and we really wanted to become a part of it. We look forward to working together to market Fatheadz and the Hooters Pro Cup Series in 2006.”
But the Hooters Pro Cup Series pole-sitters won’t be the only ones sporting the new line of sunglasses in 2006.
Fatheadz, Inc., based in Indianapolis, Ind., already provides its “Size Does Matter” line of products to the offensive line of the Indianapolis Colts and Rupert Boneham from Survivor.
