Shipping & Warranty

Limited Warranty: Every Fatheadz frame has been manufactured from the finest materials modern technology has to offer. We constantly test and refine every design to ensure you receive a quality product. Fatheadz warranty protection provides a limited warranty on manufacturer defects for one year from the date of purchase. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase. 

Fatheadz warranty program does not cover scratched lenses. Scratched lenses can be replaced by purchasing replacement lenses either through your local Authorized Fatheadz Dealer, fatheadz.com or by calling customer service toll-free 1.888.383.1199. Fatheadz eyewear are not designed nor intended to protect the wearer from any or all injury caused by an impact with a hard object. Fatheadz sunglasses are not intended for direct observation of the sun. Alteration of Fatheadz products will void warranty.

Order Shipping: Orders usually ship on the next business day. Orders received on Friday or on weekends will ship on Monday. Please keep that in mind if selecting 2nd Day or Next Day shipping. Shipments to countries outside the US could be subject to duties and/or taxes due at time of delivery and are the customers responsibility.

Return Policy: Fatheadz is so sure you will be satisfied with any of our eyewear products that we offer a 30-day 100% Customer Service Guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your eyewear, simply return the glasses to us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund your money, or replace the product, whichever you prefer (excluding shipping charges).  Should you need to return product to us visit the contact us page to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Please do no send product to us without an RMA number.

International Order Exchanges: If you are from outside the United States and need to exchange product(s) you will be required to pay the shipping both to return the original product to us and to have the new item shipped back to you. (shipping fees vary depending on the country, but you can count on at least $25.00usd). Our customer service department will contact you to make payment arrangements.

Warranty Service: Should you need warranty service for your purchase: Please visit the contact us page to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Please do NOT send product to us without obtaining an RMA number.
